REGULAR SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Orders usually take 1-2 days to process and are processed Monday-Friday except South Australian public holidays.
OUR ORDER PROCESS:
The delivery times provided are an estimate only. While Supreme Quilts will make every effort to ensure delivery within the timeframe, factors such as public holidays and peak delivery times may not always allow this to be possible.
A tracking number which will be emailed once the order has been processed for dispatch. We use Australia Post for most deliveries within Australia. For international deliveries we initially use Australia Post, once the parcel has arrived in the destined country it is on-forward. eg. in the US it is onforward to USPS.
All international deliveries require a signature on delivery.
PRICING
All prices stated are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST of 10% inclusive for purchases made in Australia.
For international pricing, our site will initially be in AUD until you change your country of origin, once this is changed the pricing will be in your local currency. All future pricing remains in your local currency unless you change your location back to Australia. If you wish to confirm our prices in AUD you will need to change your country location to Australia.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Returns and replacements apply to Australian sales only where an item has faulty or imperfect materials in which case we will either replace it or provide a full refund. We have a minimum of 3 years warranty on all products against faulty workmanship and imperfect materials.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Supreme Quilts is proud to stand behind the products we sell.
Provided the goods are not used in anyway, should you change your mind, you are welcome to return goods or exchange goods for a refund within 30 days from receipt of good. Goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase, be in original purchase condition and include packaging.
Due to health regulations no returns are accepted on any used product. Unlike other stores we do however offer options of adjustment. If for example a quilt is not warm enough we can add more filling to it to make it warmer. If a pillow for example is not full enough we can add more filling to it, or if it is too full we can take filling out of it. The cost to do this is the cost to post it back to us and possibly the cost to send it back to you. In the case of an adjustment being made is to add more filling to you quilt or pillow there is a limit of 100 grams. As an example, 100 grams is roughly enough to turn a medium density pillow into a medium-firm or turn a queen size 4 blanket warmth into a 5 blanket. Any additional down you may require will be at an additional cost (the price difference between the item you purchased and the item you now want it to be). The work involved is done at not cost, a return postage cost usually also applies.
Please take particular care in purchasing and make sure you have certainty on which product you want. We know it can be difficult purchasing online but unfortunately we can not bare the cost of purchasing the wrong item, specifically when you have used the product for days or weeks. If it has not been used we can provide a full refund less our costs in sending the product to you.
Should you find a problem with your purchase, pending assessment, we will offer you a replacement, repair, or an exchange on the faulty product where:
The product has either faulty workmanship or materials.
The product is, or becomes, faulty through no fault of yours.
The product has defects that were not obvious or not brought to your attention.

The product is not fit for the stated purpose or a purpose you made known to our sales staff.
The product does not match the description or sample.
Goods must be returned within a reasonable time, with proof of purchase, and exhibit a problem that has not been caused by you. If a pillow is not firm enough or too firm this does not make the item faulty! It means you ordered the wrong item for your requirements.
Change of mind returns or accidentally wrong item/s purchases we will provide a full refund less the postage costs we incurred sending it to you. Please make sure you select the correct size or type etc to avoid this unfortunate cost coming off your refund.
SORRY NO WE DO NOT OFFER PRE-PAID RETURN POSTAGE LABELS.
We also now charge a 10% re-stocking fee. Unfortunately we seem to have alot of customers lately that like to make the purchase then a day or 2 later decide they want to cancel the order. Cancelling is not an issue, what is the issue is the time I have spent making the order, labels, packaging, invoicing, postage labels etc. all the preparation for nothing. Too many have caused this policy to be reinstated.
