At Supreme Quilts, we understand the anticipation of receiving your order. That's why we strive to process orders promptly, usually within 7-10 business days, Monday through Friday.

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, please note that factors such as public holidays and peak delivery periods may occasionally cause delays.
Rest assured, upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email for your order, along with tracking information for each item.
Pricing
To view prices in USD or CAD, simply navigate to the checkout page and adjust your country of origin. Subsequent prices will then be displayed in your chosen currency.
Returns & Replacements
We stand behind the quality of our products. In the rare instance of faulty or imperfect materials, we offer either a replacement or a full refund. Our products come with a minimum 3-year warranty against faulty workmanship and imperfect materials.

Don't send items with a signature on delivery. Include your information and a message with the item so that we know who is sending it and what we need to do.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you want to return unused goods, you can do so within 14 days for a refund from receipt of goods or 30 days for an exchange from receipt of goods, as long as they are in their original condition with packaging and proof of purchase.
Where an item has been used and should you find a problem with your purchase, pending assessment, we will offer you a replacement, repair, or an exchange on the faulty product where:
- the product has either faulty workmanship or materials
- the product is, or becomes, faulty through no fault of yours
- the product has defects that were not obvious or not brought to your attention
Should you find a problem with your purchase, pending assessment, we will offer you a full refund, replacement, repair, or an exchange on the faulty product where:
- the product is not fit for the stated purpose or a purpose you made known to our sales staff
- the product does not match the description or sample
Goods must be returned within a reasonable time, with proof of purchase, and exhibit a problem that has not been caused by you.

If you return an item using Express Post we will not provide any refund on the return postage costs. Most regular postage costs are under AU$50 sent within Australia. Most Express Post costs are well over AU$100 sent within Australia for this reason we wont refund a return postage cost when Express Post is used under any circumstances.
Return Postage costs when pre arranged and/or discussed will only be refunded when Australia Post REGULAR Post is used.
An item being returned from another country other than Australia and in the unlikely situation where it is faulty used or unused we will cover the return postage cost (proof of cost will be required). If the item is being returned and is deemed not faulty or is a change of mind and has not been used we will provide a refund less the postage costs we incurred sending the product to you, the customer will also be responsible to bare the costs to send it back to us.
Return Postage costs are initially at the expense of the customer. As mentioned above a return once arrived is inspected and assessed, proof of the return postage cost needs to be provided, included or shown on or in the packaging. Once approved the return postage cost refund will be provided.
