USA tariff info on Australian products

The USA tariffs now imposed on Australian imports into the USA is currently 10%.

This 10% tariff is ONLY applied on goods imported with a value greater than US$800 by Authority of USA Customs usually collected via USPS prior to delivery.

Most of our product, more specifically our pillows are well under US$800 therefore in most cases once your item arrives into the US it wont attract any tariff. We also send each item individually in its individual box, each parcel also has its individual invoice rather an one invoice total. Therefore even on orders over US$800 where multiple items have been ordered because they are packaged and invoiced individually it is still unlikely any tariff will be applied.

We are required by Australian law to provide an Australian tax invoice in AUD. We also must provide on the postage label by Australian Customs the AUD value of the product. US Customs will convert the AUD value into USD and request the customer pay the 10% tariff if that amount is over US$800.

If you are in the United States and have a purchase that is over US$800 with a request to pay the tariff by USPS please contact them to arrange payment to them or if you have any issue please contact USPS. How the tariff is collected is out of our control, only USPS will be able to assist you.

Thankfully for all of our customers we do also have discounts on offer.

We'll do what we can to make sure anyone regardless of where they live can purchase the best quality down quilt or pillow at the best price possible.
